PRESIDENT VICENTE FOX
President Fox is the former president of Mexico (2000-2006). He was the first President to be elected from the opposition party in Mexico since 1910! Since leaving the presidency he has been involved in initiatives on global innovation, technology and his presidential library in Leon. Prior to becoming president he was the head of Coca Cola Latin America and was instrumental in increasing sales by over 50%.
RICHARD P CRANE JR.
Richard Crane worked for the United States Government for 15 years. He was the Attorney in charge of the Justice Department Organized Crime and Racketeering Division charged with investigating and prosecuting the Mafia. In 1975 Mr Crane was the Justice Department nominee as the outstanding Federal Attorney in the nation. After leaving the Government Mr Crane practiced law with several large firms. Mr Crane was the lead management trustee and Chairman of the Nevada Culinary and Bartenders Pension Trust. When Mr Crane retired as Chairman after thirty two years the pension fund had over a Billion dollars and was named by the Department of Labor as the best managed Taft Hartley Pension Trust in the country. Mr Crane serves on numerous corporate Boards today.

Before 1-Page, she experienced two successful acquisitions of her companies, was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a national rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where she was a full scholarship athlete.

Dr. DAVID WHITEHOUSE
David is the Chief Medical Advisor for CerraCap Ventures. David, MD MBA is seasoned health strategist whose past positions include Executive Medical Officer for Catamaran after being the CMO at Catalyst; the managed healthcare industry where he was CMO for Strategy and Innovation at United
Health Group and before that Medical Director and SVP for the Employer Services Division at Cigna. He holds an MD degree from Dartmouth, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Doctorate and Masters in Theology from Harvard University and a MA and BA from Cambridge University in England.
He sits on the Board of Brain Net the largest integrated research database on the human brain, and the Healthcare Management advisory Board at the University of Connecticut School of Business.
Jeff leads the CerraCap Advisory. With over 28 years of experience in the investment and venture capital industry, he is also the founding member of Brown Equity Partners and has served on the Board of Directors of over 40 companies.
Jeff has been Chairman of the Board of 10 companies in both the public and private sectors and has extensive experience in chairing Audit, Compensation, Finance, and the special committees of these organizations. Prior to that he was a founding partner of Forrest Binkley & Brown Founding as a primary deal originator and capital gains producer for 14 years in this Private Equity/Venture Capital firm.
Jeff graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a Mathematics major from Willamette University in 1983. Jeff also graduated from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business where he earned his MBA in 1987.
Matthew Bullock has had a long and successful career in the financial sector, joining Barclays Bank in 1974, where he rose to become Regional Director in Leeds and Director of Risk Management and Group Senior Executive. He also held a senior position at BZW/Barclays Capital. Mid 1980’s Mr Bullock was a member of the UK Cabinet Advisory Committee on Applied Research and Development. He was appointment as Chairman of TAP Biosystems plc. Mr Bullock is a 1596 Foundation Fellow of Sidney Sussex College and also a Trustee of Cambridge Past Present and Future.
Mr Bullock was a founding member of the Judge Business School Advisory Board and its longest serving member and Chairman of the Advisory Board for the ESRC Centre for Business Research. He has recently served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit and Business Development Committees of the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Addenbrooke’s). He is a Chairman of Transforming Pathology Partnership, a joint venture between six NHS trusts in East Anglia to combine their pathology services into a single organization.
HARVEY RUBIN, MD, PHD
Dr. Rubin is Professor of Medicine with secondary appointment as Professor of Computer Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. The NIH, NSF, DARPA, the Global Alliance for TB Drug Discovery and the Gates Foundation have funded his basic biochemical and genetic research in infectious diseases, resulting in more than 100 peer-reviewed papers. He served on national and international scientific review panels including the NIH, NSF, NASA Intelligent Systems Program, DARPA, and The Medical Research Council, South Africa. He was a member of the U.S. National Science Advisory Board for Biosecurity and the Dept. of Defense/National Academy of Sciences Biological Cooperative Threat Reduction Program. Dr. Rubin is the founder of Energize the Chain a non-profit organization and GAVI INFUSE partner that ensures the delivery of vaccines to people in the most remote regions of the world by utilizing power and connectivity available at cell tower sites to power the refrigeration systems that are necessary to keep vaccines at the proper temperature.
Simon Hopkins has been a senior figure in the international investment management industry for over two decades. He started his career at S.G. Warburg, and UBS, and held senior roles at HSBC James Capel and Nomura. He then went to found, build and exit an award-winning alternatives investment advisory, and fund of hedge funds called the Fortune Group. In 2011, Mr. Hopkins founded Milltrust International, an investment platform focusing on Emerging Markets, Real Assets and Innovation; and its Singapore subsidiary – East India Capital Management.
Mr. Hopkins serves as an investment advisor to the CITIC Securities One Belt One Road fund, and Roslin Technologies (University of Edinburgh) among others, and is as a member of the NUS Medicine International Council (NIC).He completed his LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol
