In the past Saurabh served as the Chief Operating Officer at UST Global, a 15,000 employee systems integrator based in Aliso Viejo, California. He is responsible for Operations, Marketing and Strategic M&A and also leads UST’s geographic expansion as part of its sovereign strategy.

In addition to expanding UST’s business in the US, Saurabh has been instrumental in establishing a large Global footprint in LATAM and EMEA markets and has fostered strong relationships with Global 1000 CEOs and CIOs. Earlier, Saurabh spent more than 12 years working for large IT product and service organizations like Cadence, Keane, and Covansys, heading teams in training, resources and expansion.

Saurabh has over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. Most recently he serves as Vice President for Emerging Solutions, Innovation and Investment at UST Global where he also conceived & led UST’s global tech investments fund and helped monetize the portfolio through UST’s large client base. Saurabh has significant experience in creating, growing and sustaining technology products and solutions in a global operations environments; having lived and worked in 4 continents. Prior to joining UST, he worked in the UK with various IT and Financial institutions and also ran a consultancy start up.

Saurabh has a degree in Neuro-computation and a research background in High Performance Computing from the UK. Saurabh has help mentor & grow several successful tech startups & currently serves as an advisor, observer or board member of several high growth technology companies such as Abzooba, Third Eye, 1-Page etc. He is also on the advisory board of a few early stage VCs.

VIKAS DATT

Vikas has over 15 years of cross functional experience in leading Digital Strategy, Business Transformation, Business Planning, Analytics and IT projects. In his last role, as Sr Director and Head Asia Pacific for a leading IT services company, Vikas was working with clients across industries on Digital Strategy and its implementation across the value chain. He successfully built the services business in APAC from scratch and was recognized for his contributions to create the fastest growing region across the world, for the company.

Vikas spent a decade with one of the largest private life insurance company. As Head of Distribution Operations he led complete responsibility for Sales Strategy, Planning, Compensation, Sales Promotions, Technology and Compliance for all distribution channels. Other remarkable achievements for Vikas include, setting up the Middle Office for Investments function, setting up Market Intelligence and supporting transformation of the Training function.

RITESH AGARWAL

Ritesh Agarwal is the Managing Director at CerraCap’s Los Angeles office, where he is primarily responsible for sourcing and leading investment diligence on technologies in the firm’s Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain practices.

Previously, Ritesh was Sr. Executive of a large IT services company where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating investments in companies in the Health Care IT and Financial Technology Sectors.

He began his career as an IT consultant with Bank of America in Los Angeles where he focused on digital transformation and innovation strategy. He also worked in consumer product management at a leading insurance company based out of Los Angeles

Ritesh received an MBA from the Amity Business School, India and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Mangalore University, India.

DASHER RATTRAY

Dasher Rattray is an analyst at CerraCap’s Los Angeles office, where he is responsible for company evaluation, industry research, deal sourcing, due diligence, and internal operations. Dasher assists the managing directors and partners on investment decisions - often meeting with prospective portfolio companies for initial review and managing administrative operations for the fund.

Dasher has a joint degree in Finance (M&A) and Creative Writing from Florida State University. He has already leveraged his skills for company evaluation and writing as a Product Management consultant for EdTech Start-Up Kadenze, and has worked closely with start-ups to gather funds and close deals.

JON SOBERG

Jon Soberg is venture capital investor with nearly a decade of investment experience and top tier performance with an average multiple of 5X across all of his investments and several exits of more than 25X. Jon began his venture capital career at Blumberg Capital, where he was a Partner focused on enterprise software and financial technology investments. Jon has been part of 120 investments and held 36 board and observer positions across five continents. Prior to becoming an investor, Jon was a serial entrepreneur and operator, with an IPO exit at Adforce, and multiple financial services industry positions including Capital Group, Great-West Life, HSBC and executive leadership of Ditech's $70B lending organization.

Jon has been a Lecturer at the Wharton School, and holds Engineering degrees from Harvey Mudd College and Northwestern University. Jon graduated as a Palmer Scholar with an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from Wharton, and he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

NIKKI ARORA

Nikki heads marketing & communication and is an advisor to portfolio companies; offering proactive brand strategies for PR/communications. For more than 19 years she has been instrumental in offering expertise in operational management, business development, sales enablement, customer relations and strategic marketing in the technology industry.

Previously as the CMO of a global tech firm she was driving global partnership and alliances and orchestrated entry into new geographies and markets. Nikki was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women; she was honored as a 2014 Rising Woman in Technology by Advancing Women in Technology; and she earned Global’s Leadership Spotlight Award for her exceptional leadership skills.

FLORIAN URMETZER

As a Senior Research Associate with the Cambridge University, Florian is interested in the development of tools for service design. His research focuses on creation and capture of value within complex business ecosystems. Florian’s second research interest is customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Cambridge, Florian was employed at Accenture in Zürich, Switzerland.

He holds a distinction MSc (Network Centered Computing) and a PhD in Systems Engineering. Academically he was a visitor to the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre extreme computing group and the Politecnico di Milano. In industry he has worked for SAP Research as a Senior Researcher and Project Manager. Florian has also previously worked for Volkswagen, IBM and Gartner Inc.
